Francesca Versolatto
Born in 1986, graduated in Languages and East Asian Economic Institutions and Law at the University Ca 'Foscari of Venice. She lived for a year in China, traveling between Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Chengdu, Guilin, Lhasa and Dalian. Always passionate about cooking, loves to experiment and modify existing recipes to create new ones. At the beginning of 2013 her path crossed the work as an Home Economist and it was love at first bite.
